INTERVENTION AREA: Banja Luka (BOSNIA)

DURATION: 15 months

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Sound experience in international cooperation
- Proved experience in DCs training
- Sound management skills for the organization of training activities
- Good Knowledge of the English language

DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES:
- Previous experience in the country

WORK CONTEXT:
The main location is the city of Banja Luka. However, frequent travels to Sarajevo and to other places in Bosnia are required as well.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Together with the Project Manager, s/he will:
- Organize foreseen training sessions
- Monitor activities on the field
- Follow the community-based development activities
- Enhance the networking between different local stakeholders
- Keep contacts with the involved district governmental bodies
- Supervise the implementation of two projects customized on young people and education
